With the brave spirit of Indiana Jones, the talents of deduction 
inspired by Shirlock Holmes, and with clear cut leadership abilities, Chip 
is undesputedly the leader of the Rangers.  He has constantly proven his  
worth to the team time and time again with brilliant plans, and quick nick
of time thinking.
     Chip was the first character to talk in TTR, when we are first 
introduced to Chip 'n Dale.  At first, we think that Chip will be just about
the same as Dale, that is, until detective Drake is arrested for supposedly
stealing the Clutchcoin Ruby to apparently pay off some gambling 
i-owe-you's.  As the plot deepens, we find that Chip's personality is really 
different from Dale's.  We find that Chip is able to focus allot more on 
the task at hand, namely, solving the case before him.  We also see that 
Chip has the character of a person that isn't about to give up when odds 
seem to be against him.
