Well let's see if I can try to help you out here.  I know for a fact that 
Chip and Dale are not the same "chipmunks" from WB.  Actually the ones 
from WB are gophers I believe.  As for the Rangers (I take it Rescue 
Rangers) Those are Chip and Dale also.  A new look with a few new friends 
for the same crazy hijinks. ;)
